Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including the management of daily operations to ensure seamless workflow efficiency. Proactively cultivate and expand both wholesale and retail sales channels for pre-owned vehicles across Accra, Team, and their surrounding regions, ensuring consistent attainment of established sales objectives.
Staying closely attuned to the used car market, you will thoroughly analyze market trends, vehicle valuations, and customer preferences to gain actionable insights.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with local automotive dealerships, wholesalers, and private customers to strengthen brand credibility and foster trust within the market.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in project management, with a strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver projects on schedule. Proficiency in utilizing project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana to track progress and allocate resources efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with stakeholders, clients, and team members. Strong analytical abilities to identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project objectives are met. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in adapting to varying project requirements. Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain detailed documentation.
