JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are an established international trade and pre-owned vehicle export company experiencing growth in Ghana. In response to our expanding operations, we are actively recruiting a proactive and driven Sales Professional with a comprehensive understanding of the local used car market to strengthen our team.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties central to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Perform essential functions including, but not limited to, strategic planning, project management oversight, team leadership, performance monitoring, and process optimization. Maintain accountability for deliverables while fostering collaboration across departments to achieve key performance indicators. Uphold compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality assurance protocols. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis, innovative solutions, and proactive problem resolution.
• Position is situated in Team Community 12.
Oversee and enhance the company’s official social media channels, including Facebook (Marketplace/Groups), Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business, to ensure optimal performance and engagement.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality photographs and create engaging short-form videos of our inventory of pre-owned vehicles; craft compelling captions to highlight vehicle conditions and features.
• Boost organic traffic and engagement by optimizing hashtags, fostering community interactions, and producing creative content, ultimately converting online followers into high-quality sales leads for the sales team.
Performance Tracking: Oversee and evaluate essential metrics, including reach, engagement, video views, and inquiry rates, to consistently enhance social media performance and conversion rates.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns, is essential. Candidates must possess strong analytical abilities to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must to effectively convey ideas to stakeholders. Experience with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and CRM platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau is beneficial. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are critical. Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices is required to drive innovative marketing solutions.
Compensation for this position will be provided in a competitive salary package, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications. With at least two years of hands-on expertise in social media marketing, digital marketing, or online lead generation, candidates should demonstrate a strong track record in these areas. Experience within the automotive, e-commerce, or trade sectors is particularly advantageous and strongly encouraged.
Applicants must be under 30 years of age, exhibit exceptional creativity, possess strong technical proficiency, and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of contemporary online trends across West Africa.
Proficient in mobile photography, videography, and video editing tools such as Cap Cut, with strong English copywriting and communication abilities.
A relevant academic qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a closely related discipline is required, such as a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
The position requires availability from Monday through Saturday, inclusive.
A competitive base salary is offered, complemented by performance-driven bonuses and sales commissions, which are contingent upon successful lead conversions and are subject to negotiation.
