We are an established international trade and pre-owned vehicle export firm experiencing significant growth in Ghana. In response to this expansion, we are actively recruiting an enthusiastic and driven Sales Professional with a comprehensive understanding of the local used car market to enhance our team.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties aligned with the role’s core objectives, ensuring organizational goals are met with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing and enhancing the company’s corporate social media platforms—specifically Facebook (Marketplace/Groups), Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business—to maximize engagement and reach.

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality photos and record captivating short videos of our available used vehicles, then craft engaging captions that highlight their condition and standout features.

• Lead Generation: Drive organic traffic and engagement through hashtag optimization, community interaction, and creative content to convert online followers into qualified sales leads for the sales team.

Measure critical indicators such as audience reach, engagement levels, video view counts, and inquiry conversion rates to identify opportunities for optimizing social media performance and driving higher response rates.

Must possess proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ programming languages, along with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software development or a related field. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking are essential, alongside excellent communication skills for collaborative teamwork. Proficiency in database management systems, version control tools, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure are highly desirable. Additionally, experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline are required.

Remuneration

We require a minimum of two years of demonstrated expertise in social media marketing, digital marketing, or online lead generation, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in the automotive, e-commerce, or trade sectors.

Applicants must be under 30 years of age, demonstrate a high level of creativity, possess strong technical skills, and have an in-depth understanding of evolving digital trends across West Africa.

Proficiency in mobile photography, videography, and video editing tools—such as Cap Cut—along with strong English copywriting and communication skills, are required.

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related discipline is required.

• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday

We offer a highly competitive base salary along with performance-driven bonuses and sales commissions tied to lead conversions, with terms subject to negotiation.
