Delivers comprehensive financial literacy training sessions across the MF group, ensuring consistent knowledge dissemination and skill development among participants.
• Enhance client engagement to ensure optimal attendance and active involvement in training sessions.
Responsibilities include overseeing and regularly updating the attendance log for training participants to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Responsible for developing and maintaining accurate documentation of session delivery plans, ensuring they align with the approved training session schedules.
Prepare and submit monthly attendance reports for all MF groups, documenting the participation of training attendees.
• Ensure ongoing assistance is provided to trained clients to facilitate the practical application of skills acquired during training sessions.
Maintain and enforce high standards of service quality across all operations and ensure adherence to best practices at every level.
Act as a knowledgeable advisor, empowering program participants to achieve their financial objectives through guidance and support.
Conduct a thorough analysis of the financial literacy program to determine its effectiveness, then formulate actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing its overall impact.
Engage in structured capacity-building initiatives facilitated by BRAD, contributing to professional development through participation in their organized training programs.
Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your possession in optimal condition at all times.
