• Verify daily attendance, monitor movements, and ensure all scheduled client business visits are conducted.

Conduct comprehensive business surveys to identify promising entrepreneurs, evaluating their suitability through on-site visits to both their business premises and personal residences.

Prospective entrepreneurs must provide and verify essential documentation, including trading licenses, land agreements, tenancy agreements, spouse consent, as well as information regarding nominees and guarantors.

Prepare and finalize all required documentation for loan disbursements in a thorough and timely manner.

Gather all necessary documentation from individual clients as well as the files required for loan disbursements.

• Guarantee the prompt remittance of monthly installments via mobile money or bank transfer.

Compiles and maintains accurate reports, ensuring all target plans are documented thoroughly and systematically.

Following the disbursement of funds, conduct on-site visits to meet with borrowers to assess their circumstances and ensure compliance with loan terms.

Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify the accuracy and quality of disbursements in the field.

Facilitate collaboration with account managers and legal counsel to ensure the proper execution and authorization of legal documentation.

Prepare weekly and monthly requisitions to facilitate loan disbursement.

Ensure accurate disbursement of funds and timely collection of overdue payments on a monthly basis.

Collect and submit information regarding the borrower’s or their dependents’ passing to insurers promptly.

Conduct follow-up actions to recover written-off loans and deposit the proceeds into designated accounts.

Maintain strict adherence to the Microfinance staff Code of Conduct and consistently demonstrate respectful interactions with clients.

Dedicate efforts toward delivering exceptional client service in both field and branch office settings.

Demonstrate active listening skills by attentively hearing and comprehending clients’ complaints, concerns, and opinions, then respond with suitable actions to address their needs effectively.

Compiles and submits detailed progress reports on schedule to ensure transparency and accountability in project tracking.

To foster a safeguarding culture throughout every tier of the program, implement and uphold the safeguarding policy diligently.

Demonstrate leadership by serving as a primary resource for safeguarding knowledge, offering essential support and guidance to cultivate a secure and compliant workplace environment.
