• Organize and lead bi-weekly meetings with AIM savings groups.
Collect savings deposits from participants enrolled in the AIM program.
Verify that all savings transactions are accurately documented in both passbooks and digital platforms/DFA.
Accurately document member savings, attendance, and participation in detailed records.
Deposits of collected savings are to be processed at the branch office in accordance with established organizational protocols.
Ensure the secure handling and transportation of cash in strict accordance with established organizational policies to maintain safety and compliance throughout all transactions.
Develop meaningful connections with AIM participants and foster consistent savings practices among them.
Coordinate with the AIM PA team to manage meeting schedules, ensure attendance, and provide participant updates.
Assist in ensuring seamless transitions and administration of AIM groups within the realm of savings operations.
Provide regular reports to the Branch Manager regarding savings performance and participant engagement.
Host two to three group meetings daily, facilitating collaborative discussions and ensuring productive outcomes.
The schedule for meetings is set as follows: the first meeting at 8:30 AM, the second at 9:30 AM, and the third at 10:30 AM, though adjustments may be made depending on office hours.

Provide assistance in conducting Financial Literacy Training (FLT) sessions as needed.
Educate participants on the importance of cultivating savings habits and the prospective advantages of utilizing Microfinance services for future financial growth.
Eligible participants will be supported in transitioning into Microfinance groups once they successfully complete the 18-month savings cycle.
Assist in evaluating and facilitating the enrollment process for individuals who meet the prerequisites for loan approval.
Compiles comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis covering key metrics and activities to ensure accurate record-keeping and performance tracking.

The credit officer will input all loan information, including applications and guarantor details from DP Notes, into the digital system.
After confirming the details of the loan application, adjust the disbursement date accordingly and communicate the updated information to the member.

The credit officer is required to participate in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly group meetings and must guarantee full recovery of all loan installments.
Collected funds must be promptly deposited into the Branch Accountant’s account, with the transaction accurately recorded in the Daily Cash Report (DCR) and the designated signature affixed to verify the entry.
All missed payments during the morning group meeting must be followed up with afternoon visits to borrowers’ homes or the houses of small group leaders to collect the installment.
In the afternoon, proceed with gathering any past-due and NBL installments, as well as current overdue payments.
Initiate the recovery of loans for previously written-off clients who express interest in re-establishing themselves as BRAD clients.
Cultivate and uphold respectful, professional interactions with every individual involved in the program.
Listen attentively to participants’ feedback, including their complaints, concerns, and suggestions, and respond with suitable measures as needed.
