• Facilitate bi-weekly gatherings with AIM savings groups to ensure ongoing engagement and progress tracking.

• Gather savings deposits from participants in the AIM program.

Ensure accurate documentation of all savings transactions in both passbooks and digital platforms or DFA systems.

Accurately document member savings, attendance, and participation to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.

Deposits of collected savings must be submitted to the branch office in accordance with established organizational protocols.

Safeguard the secure transportation and handling of cash in strict adherence to established organizational guidelines and protocols.

Develop meaningful connections with AIM participants and foster consistent savings behaviors.

Coordinate with the AIM PA to manage meeting schedules, attendance tracking, and participant updates.

Provide seamless transition and oversight of AIM groups within savings operations.

Provide frequent reports to the Branch Manager on savings performance metrics and participant engagement levels.

• Facilitate two to three group meetings daily.

The meeting schedule includes three sessions, beginning at 08:30 AM for the first, 09:30 AM for the second, and 10:30 AM for the third. These times may be adjusted based on office hours.

Arrive at the designated meeting location no later than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the group meeting.

Provide assistance with the delivery of Financial Literacy Training sessions as needed.

Educate participants in cultivating disciplined savings habits while highlighting the long-term benefits of accessing Microfinance services.

Facilitate the seamless transition of eligible participants into Microfinance groups once they have successfully completed the 18-month savings cycle.

Assist in evaluating and facilitating the onboarding of individuals who meet the criteria for loan eligibility.

Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering key metrics and operational insights. Compile and analyze data to ensure accuracy and relevance, then present findings in a clear, structured format for stakeholders. Review and verify information to maintain compliance with reporting standards and organizational requirements.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee savings collection initiatives, ensuring efficient and timely accumulation of funds. The role involves managing deposit processes, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and addressing any discrepancies promptly. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams to achieve financial targets. Proficiency in basic accounting principles and familiarity with financial software are essential requirements for this position.

• Facilitate thorough review of members’ loan proposals during scheduled group meetings.

The loan proposal is approved based on verbal votes cast in the presence of all group members.

The credit officer will be responsible for entering all pertinent loan information—including loan applications and guarantor details from DP Notes—into the digital system.

Upon thorough review of the loan application, the disbursement date can be finalized and subsequently communicated to the member to ensure transparency and alignment with expectations.

You must be physically present on the disbursement day to actively engage in and support the disbursement process.

The Credit Officer is required to actively participate in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly group meetings while guaranteeing the complete recovery of all loan installments.

Collected funds must be promptly deposited into the Branch Accountant’s custody, with the exact amount clearly recorded in the Daily Cash Report (DCR) and the designated field signed to confirm the transaction’s accuracy.

If a participant fails to make the required installment payment during the morning group meeting, prompt collection efforts must be undertaken that afternoon, with representatives visiting the borrower’s residence or the small group leader’s home to retrieve the payment.

In the afternoon, commence the collection process for both late and NBL installments, as well as current overdue payments.

• Should former clients whose loans have been written off express interest in resuming their relationship with BRAD, you will play a key role in facilitating their re-entry as active clients by initiating the loan recovery process.

Foster courteous and professional interactions with every participant involved.

You are responsible for attentively addressing participants’ complaints, concerns, and suggestions, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to resolve issues effectively.

Foster an environment that ensures safe, inclusive participation for adolescent girls and young women.

Required qualifications include proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media management. Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting data and measuring campaign performance. Candidates must have experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Market, and be able to create compelling, data-driven content. Additionally, expertise in Google Analytics and a solid understanding of paid advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads are necessary. Excellent communication and project management abilities are also required to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

We require candidates to possess a Senior High School Certificate, specifically the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).

Requires a minimum of twelve months of professional experience in a financial institution or a comparable field.

Responsibilities include overseeing cash and bank transactions, preparing cash requisitions, generating cash certificates, and conducting bank reconciliation statements to ensure financial accuracy.
