Conduct between 15 and 20 household surveys on a daily basis.
Conduct thorough research of survey data to pinpoint prospective clients whose profiles align with the desired criteria.
Establish and clearly define the boundaries of the designated workspace for each proposed group to ensure efficient organization and workflow.
Engage in focused discussions with designated participants in a collaborative, small-group setting to gather insights, address concerns, and facilitate meaningful exchanges.
Composed of five members each, small groups are formed to facilitate collaboration and productivity in various initiatives.
A designated group leader will be appointed for each small group to facilitate coordination and ensure efficient operation.
A substantial management committee will be established to oversee the process.
Conduct a comprehensive two-week orientation program tailored for large group participants to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational standards.
Collect member admission fees from individuals in accordance with the directives outlined in the BRAD Ghana circular.
Compile and input group members’ admission details into the mobile device or tablet, ensuring timely synchronization of the information whenever feasible.
Coordinate meeting dates, times, and locations efficiently, ensuring alignment with participant availability and organizational requirements.
Assemble a team comprising no fewer than 15 participants for Microfinance (MF) projects and 10 for Agra-Finance initiatives, while ensuring the group does not exceed 30 members for MF or 20 for Agra-Finance assignments.
When group membership declines due to attrition or other circumstances, new members are welcomed to ensure the group maintains optimal size and functionality.
Facilitate two to three group meetings on a daily basis to ensure productive collaboration and progress tracking.
A structured schedule is in place for meetings, with the first session commencing at 8:30 AM, followed by the second at 9:30 AM, and the third at 10:30 AM. These timings are subject to adjustment based on office requirements.
Arrive at the designated meeting location no less than fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the group session.
Arrange group members in a U-shape formation, aligning them by designated small groups to facilitate optimal interaction and collaboration.
Maintain accurate attendance records in the register to ensure accountability and compliance with institutional policies.
Engage in comprehensive consultations regarding loan-related matters, as well as address inquiries pertaining to other financial or procedural concerns, ensuring clear and informative exchanges with clients.
• Weekly installment deposits will be gathered from small group leaders via their designated cashiers, with digital signatures collected on mobile devices.
Return from the group meetings to the office by 1:30 PM.
Cash collected from group meetings held in proximity to a branch must be deposited at that branch prior to traveling to another meeting to mitigate the risk of theft.
Staff members are required to adhere strictly to established safety and security protocols throughout the entire process of transporting funds.
Ensure all loan proposals submitted by members are thoroughly reviewed and deliberated upon during group meetings.
Accept loan proposals by conducting verbal votes among group members in attendance.
The credit officer is responsible for accurately entering all loan-related information into the digital system, including loan applications and guarantor details sourced from DP Notes.
After confirming the accuracy of loan applications, establish the disbursement date and promptly notify the respective members.
You must attend disbursement day in person to play an active role in the disbursement process.
The credit officer is required to participate in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly group meetings and must guarantee full recovery of all loan installments.
Cash receipts must be promptly submitted to the Branch Accountant for deposit, with the corresponding amount recorded in the Daily Cash Report (DCR) and authenticated by the responsible individual’s signature.
If an installment payment is not received during the morning group meeting, promptly arrange to collect the outstanding amount in the afternoon by personally visiting the homes of the borrowers or the designated small group leaders.
In the afternoon, commence the process of collecting overdue payments, including late installments and NBL (non-interest-bearing loans), as well as current overdue amounts.
Should a former client whose loan was previously written off express interest in re-engaging with BRAD, the individual responsible will commence the process of reinstating and recovering the outstanding loan.
Attend the weekly team gatherings scheduled for all staff members.
Daily, weekly, and monthly reports are prepared to ensure accurate data compilation and timely distribution.
Adhere to all established HR policies and procedures as outlined by BRAD to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational standards.
