Delivers financial literacy training sessions at the MF group level.
Play a key role in engaging clients to ensure their full participation in training sessions.
Responsibilities include accurately maintaining and regularly updating the attendance register for all training participants to ensure precise records of attendance.
Compile and maintain accurate records of session delivery plans, ensuring strict adherence to the preapproved training session schedules and associated documentation.
Compile and submit monthly attendance reports for all MF groups, ensuring accurate documentation of training participants’ attendance.
To ensure the effective application of skills acquired during training sessions, follow up with clients to provide technical assistance as needed.
• Uphold and enforce excellence in service quality standards across all operational levels to drive consistent performance and customer satisfaction.
As a key support, assist program participants in achieving their financial objectives by providing guidance and resources.
Evaluates the financial literacy program’s efficacy through comprehensive assessments, identifying opportunities for enhancement and proposing strategic recommendations to optimize its impact.
Attend structured capacity-building initiatives facilitated by BRAD to enhance professional competencies and skill sets.
Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your possession in optimal working condition at all times.
To foster a robust safeguarding culture throughout the program, implement the safeguarding policy at all levels. Serve as a primary resource for assistance, direction, and specialized knowledge on safeguarding, ensuring a secure working environment for all team members.
Responsible for ensuring team members receive adequate training, support, and access to resources concerning identified issues, which are addressed in compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
In the event of any reportable incident occurring, it is essential to adhere to the safeguarding reporting procedure and actively encourage others to follow suit.
