Duty Station: Central Region, specifically Aura Dunkwa

Delivers financial literacy training sessions at the MF group level.

• Play a key role in encouraging client engagement to ensure optimal attendance and active involvement in training sessions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance records for all training participants, ensuring timely updates and proper documentation.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of session delivery plans, ensuring they are executed in strict accordance with the approved training session schedules.

• Compile and file monthly attendance reports for participants across all MF groups, ensuring timely submission.

Following up with trained clients, we provide technical assistance to ensure the practical application of knowledge acquired during the training sessions.

• Uphold and implement service quality excellence consistently at every operational level.

As a key resource, you will empower program participants to achieve their financial objectives by offering guidance, support, and practical solutions tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.

Evaluates the financial literacy program’s performance and effectiveness, subsequently proposing enhancements to optimize its outcomes.

• Engage in structured capacity-building training initiatives facilitated by BRAD to enhance professional skills and competencies.

Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your possession in optimal working condition at all times.

• Foster a robust safeguarding culture throughout every tier of the program by executing the safeguarding policy. Serve as a primary resource for advice, support, and specialist knowledge on safeguarding to cultivate a secure working environment.

To oversee that team members receive adequate training, continuous support, and necessary resources, ensuring issues are addressed and resolved in full compliance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.

In the event of any reportable incident, adhere to the established safeguarding reporting procedure and actively encourage others to do the same.

*Essential Skills:* Candidates must demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with an emphasis on advanced Excel functions.
