Duties will be performed in Sweden and Aura Dunkwa.

• Facilitate bi-weekly meetings with AIM savings groups.

• Handle the receipt of savings deposits from AIM participants.

• Verify that every savings transaction is accurately documented in both passbooks and digital platforms or the DFA system.

Maintain precise documentation of member savings, attendance, and participation records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Deposit savings are consistently transferred to the branch office in compliance with established organizational protocols and standard procedures.

Ensure the secure handling and transportation of cash in strict adherence to established organizational protocols and safety guidelines.

Develop and nurture meaningful connections with AIM participants while fostering consistent savings behaviors.

Coordinate meeting schedules, attendance, and participant updates in collaboration with the AIM PA team to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Facilitate seamless transitions and oversee the administration of AIM groups dedicated to savings operations.

Provide Branch Manager with consistent progress reports regarding savings performance and participant engagement metrics.

Convene two to three group sessions daily, ensuring productive discussions and meaningful engagement among participants.

The meeting schedule is structured as follows: the first meeting begins at 8:30 AM, followed by the second at 9:30 AM, and the third at 10:30 AM. Adjustments to this timetable may be made to align with office hours as needed.

Provide assistance in delivering Financial Literacy Training (FLT) sessions as needed.

The credit officer will input all pertinent loan information, including details from loan applications and guarantor documentation from DP Notes, into the digital system.

After confirming the details of the loan application, establish a disbursement date and communicate it to the member.

Ensure your physical presence on the designated disbursement day to actively engage in the disbursement process.

The credit officer is expected to participate in recurring group meetings on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis and must guarantee the complete recovery of all loan installments.

Collected funds are deposited into the Branch Accountant’s account, with the corresponding amount documented in the Deposit Collection Report (DCR) and the DCR signed as confirmation.

Should any installment remain unpaid during the morning group meeting, promptly arrange for an afternoon visit to the borrower’s residence or the small group leader’s home to facilitate its collection.

In the afternoon, commence the process of collecting overdue payments, including both late installments and those identified as Not In Business List (NBL).

• Upon request from former clients whose loans were previously written off, initiate the process to recover those loans in order to facilitate their re-entry as BRAD clients.

• Cultivate respectful and professional interactions with every participant at all times.

Listen attentively to participants’ feedback, addressing their complaints, concerns, and suggestions with prompt and appropriate measures.

Adhere to all established HR policies and procedures outlined by BRAD.
