JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Primary Location: Central Region, specifically Aura Dunkwa
Delivers comprehensive financial literacy training programs tailored to the MF group, ensuring all sessions are effectively executed and aligned with organizational objectives.
Assist in engaging clients to ensure their full involvement in the training sessions.
Responsible for accurately maintaining and regularly updating the attendance register for all training participants, ensuring comprehensive and precise documentation throughout each session.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of session delivery plans, ensuring they align with the approved training session schedules.
• Compile and deliver monthly attendance reports for all MF groups, documenting the participation of training attendees.
• Ensure ongoing assistance is provided to trained clients by following up to troubleshoot and clarify any challenges they encounter while applying the concepts covered in the training sessions.
Uphold and enforce superior service quality standards across all operational levels, consistently adhering to industry best practices to drive excellence and customer satisfaction.
Act as a trusted guide to assist program participants in achieving their financial objectives by providing personalized advice and support.
Evaluates the financial literacy program’s effectiveness and formulates recommendations for enhancements.
Attend Bracelet capacity building training initiatives to enhance professional skills and competencies.
Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your possession in optimal working condition at all times.
Establish a comprehensive safeguarding framework throughout every tier of the program by enforcing the safeguarding policy. Serve as the primary resource for assistance, direction, and specialist knowledge on safeguarding to cultivate a secure working environment.
Ensure all team members receive the necessary training, support, and resources to address and resolve issues in alignment with safeguarding policies and procedures.
Adhere to the established safeguarding reporting protocol whenever a reportable incident occurs, and actively promote compliance with these procedures among colleagues.
