Conduct between 15 and 20 household surveys on a daily basis.

Conduct a comprehensive two-week orientation program tailored for large groups of new members to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational protocols.

Enter group members’ admission details into the mobile phone or tablet and synchronize the data whenever connectivity is available.

Efficiently coordinate meeting schedules by determining optimal dates, times, and venues to ensure maximum attendance and productivity.

Assemble groups comprising between 15 and 30 participants for Microfinance (MF) initiatives, and between 10 and 20 participants for Agra-Finance projects, ensuring compliance with the established size parameters.

Skilled professionals must enroll new participants when group size diminishes due to attrition or other circumstances.

Facilitate two to three group sessions daily to engage participants effectively and advance project objectives.

A structured schedule is established for meetings, with the first session commencing at 08:30 AM, the second at 09:30 AM, and the third at 10:30 AM. These timings may be adjusted to align with office hours as needed.

Arrive at the designated meeting location fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the group meeting.

Arrange group members in a U-shaped formation, ensuring each smaller group is positioned accordingly.

Responsible for accurately documenting student attendance in the official register at the commencement of each session. Ensures all entries are complete, up-to-date, and comply with institutional attendance policies.

Collect weekly installment deposits from designated small group leaders via the assigned small group cashiers, ensuring that each transaction is accompanied by a signature captured on a mobile device.

Cash received from group meetings held in proximity to a branch must be deposited at that branch prior to proceeding to any additional meetings, as a precautionary measure against potential robbery risks.

Staff members are required to comply with all established safety and security protocols during the transport of funds to ensure the protection of both personnel and assets.

Review loan proposals submitted by members to ensure they are thoroughly evaluated during group meetings.

Review and approve loan proposals based on collective verbal voting conducted among group members to ensure transparent decision-making processes.

The credit officer is responsible for accurately entering all loan-related information, including loan applications and guarantor details from DP Notes, into the digital system.

After confirming the validity of loan applications, establish the disbursement date and promptly notify the relevant members of the finalized schedule.

Must attend the disbursement day in person to actively engage in the distribution process.

The credit officer is responsible for participating in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly group meetings while maintaining a 100% recovery rate for loan installments.

Cash received must be promptly submitted to the Branch Accountant, who will then record the deposited amount in the Daily Cash Report (DCR) and authenticate the entry with their signature.

Any installments not collected during the morning group meeting must be pursued in the afternoon by visiting the homes of borrowers or small group leaders to facilitate payment.

• Conduct follow-up on overdue accounts, including late and NBL installments, in the afternoon alongside the processing of current overdue collections.

To reactivate loans for clients previously written off, should they seek to re-engage with BRAD, will be your responsibility.

Attend the weekly staff meetings as scheduled.

Compile and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports in a structured and timely manner to provide accurate insights and data-driven summaries for stakeholders.

Adhere to all applicable policies and procedures established by BRAD’s Human Resources department in the execution of duties.

Support all directives and tasks assigned by senior leadership promptly and effectively.

Abide consistently by the Microfinance staff Code of Conduct while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor toward all clients.
