Staff members are expected to adhere strictly to established safety and security protocols throughout the entire process of transporting funds.
Review all member-submitted loan proposals to ensure they are thoroughly evaluated and presented during the designated group meetings.
Loan proposals are evaluated and accepted by obtaining verbal endorsements from group members during collective meetings.
A credit officer is responsible for accurately inputting all loan-related information—including loan applications and guarantor details from DP Notes—into the digital system.
After confirming the completeness and accuracy of loan applications, establish the disbursement date and promptly notify the respective members of the scheduled transaction.
You must attend the disbursement day in person to actively participate in the disbursement process.
The credit officer is expected to participate in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly group meetings while maintaining full recovery of loan installments.
Cash deposits must be promptly submitted to the Branch Accountant, accompanied by a signed entry in the Daily Cash Report (DCR) to verify the deposited amount.
In the event an installment is not paid during the morning group meeting, proceed to collect the outstanding amount in the afternoon by conducting house visits to borrowers or small group leaders.
In the afternoon, commence the collection of overdue payments, including both late and non-interest bearing loan installments, in addition to current delinquent balances.
Should a client whose loan was previously written off express interest in rejoining BRAD as a customer, the individual will be responsible for initiating the loan recovery process.
