Facilitate the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of AWD tubes, sensors, and additional field technologies while also supporting the deployment and utilization of digital Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) systems.
• Oversee the coordination of field data collection efforts while monitoring critical project indicators, including soil organic carbon (SOC), greenhouse gas emission reductions, water use, crop yields, farm management practices, and other metrics essential for carbon accounting and verification.
Maintain precise project documentation, databases, and records while adhering to carbon certification mandates and established project reporting guidelines.
• Cultivate and uphold productive collaborations with GINA regional offices, District Assemblies, traditional authorities, farmer organizations, community stakeholders, and project partners.
Prepare and deliver accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that include project progress updates, field activity summaries, success stories, lessons learned, as well as detailed documentation of challenges faced and milestones achieved.
Assist in validating, verifying, and auditing projects while ensuring all necessary reports and documentation are prepared for project partners, carbon certification bodies, auditors, and validators.
• Proactively assess potential risks associated with implementation efforts, devise and implement mitigation strategies, and provide assistance in resolving operational challenges efficiently.
