Warehouse Loading Associates are responsible for efficiently and accurately loading and unloading shipments, ensuring all items are handled with care to prevent damage. They operate and maintain material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while adhering to strict safety protocols. Team members must follow established procedures to organize inventory, fulfill orders, and prepare packages for shipment. Strong physical stamina and attention to detail are essential, as the role requires lifting heavy items, repetitive motions, and precise tracking of inventory. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and prior warehouse experience is preferred.
We are looking for candidates with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in relevant software tools and technical methodologies is essential, along with the capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities is highly valued. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical to ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Graduates of Senior High School (SHS) are eligible to apply for this position. A high school diploma or its equivalent is required to qualify for consideration.
