• Warehouse Loaders are responsible for efficiently and accurately loading and unloading shipments to and from delivery vehicles, ensuring all items are properly secured and accounted for. They operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move goods within the warehouse, maintaining organized storage areas to facilitate smooth workflows. Attention to detail is critical to prevent damage or loss of inventory, and teamwork is essential to meet daily shipment deadlines. Basic math skills are required to verify order quantities, and candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
