We are a reputable international trade and export company specializing in used vehicles, currently experiencing significant growth in Ghana. To support this expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Professional with a strong understanding of the local used car market to strengthen our team.

Oversee a wide range of critical responsibilities to ensure operational excellence and team productivity, including managing daily workflows, coordinating project timelines, and fostering collaboration across departments. Lead initiatives to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement within the organization. Serve as a primary point of contact for team members and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing strategic guidance. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of quality and output. Supervise staff performance, conduct evaluations, and support professional development opportunities to cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols while promoting a culture of accountability and innovation. Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals, while maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout all levels of the team.

• Situated in Team Community 12, this role requires on-site presence.

• Sales & Business Development: Spearhead wholesale and retail sales of pre-owned vehicles within Accra, Team, and neighboring regions to meet predetermined sales targets.

• Market Insight & Evaluation: Maintain a close pulse on the used car market by analyzing market trends, determining vehicle valuations, and identifying shifts in customer preferences.

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture enduring partnerships with regional automotive dealerships, distributors, and private purchasers to bolster brand credibility and customer loyalty.

Strongly proficient in written and verbal English communication. Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a keen aptitude for logical reasoning and analytical thinking. Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, including advanced spreadsheet functions and financial modeling. Familiarity with ERP systems and project management software. Minimum of three years of experience in a related field is necessary. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a comparable discipline is preferred. Additional advantageous skills include proficiency in SQL, ERP system implementation, or Six Sigma certification.

Compensation will be provided commensurate with experience, qualifications, and the scope of responsibilities associated with the position. Education requirements include either a high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree.
