Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to spearhead the discovery of new business prospects, cultivate enduring client connections, and accelerate revenue expansion. The preferred candidate will possess prior experience in the HR Services sector and demonstrate strategic acumen alongside exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Location: Kumasi

• Generate and Cultivate New Business Prospects: Conduct thorough market research to identify prospective clients, then craft and execute strategic outreach initiatives to engage them effectively. Design, prepare, and present persuasive presentations, proposals, and agreements to potential clients, while negotiating favorable terms to finalize profitable agreements.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint emerging trends, assess customer demands, and analyze the competitive environment, thereby guiding strategic business development initiatives.

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients’ initiatives, professional associations, academic institutions, government ministries, and international missions or NGOs to foster mutually beneficial collaborations.

• Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Ensure precise documentation of sales activities, pipeline status, and projections, while delivering timely updates to senior leadership.

Continuous Improvement: Consistently monitor industry advancements, emerging best practices, and innovative technologies to incrementally elevate the company’s products and services while reinforcing its market position.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is essential, along with strong organizational abilities to oversee multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve issues promptly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Experience with relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms like Jira or Trello, is preferred. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting is beneficial for tracking progress and making data-driven decisions.

Seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of professional experience in the industry. Proficiency in key software tools and strong analytical skills are essential requirements. The ideal applicant must demonstrate excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities include project management, data analysis, and reporting, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within specified timelines.
