Job Summary

The Field Recruiter plays a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent for open positions through proactive field-based strategies, community involvement, and targeted outreach initiatives. This position requires a keen ability to evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct preliminary assessments, and streamline the recruitment workflow to ensure timely and efficient hiring outcomes aligned with organizational objectives.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties essential to the role, including managing daily operations, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in processes. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies while upholding the highest standards of quality and accountability.

Experienced professionals will actively engage with potential candidates by conducting field visits, participating in job fairs, leveraging professional referrals, and initiating community outreach initiatives to identify and attract top talent.

To effectively fill open positions, we will disseminate job advertisements across strategically selected geographic areas to attract qualified candidates.

• Perform preliminary evaluation and interviews of candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for the role.

Provide support to candidates throughout each stage of the application and onboarding procedures.

Construct and regularly update a comprehensive database comprising prospective candidates.

Responsible for arranging interview timelines with hiring managers.

To successfully meet recruitment targets, consistently deliver results by adhering to established deadlines.

Ensure recruitment records and reports are maintained with precision and accuracy.

Required Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, along with proficiency in project management software. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—are mandatory, along with a proven track record in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is also required. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
