JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role involves delivering exceptional Physics instruction to secondary school students in alignment with the Cambridge International Curriculum. Additionally, it aims to cultivate curiosity, foster scientific inquiry, and deepen students’ comprehension of the physical world, all while equipping them for Cambridge assessments and future academic or career opportunities in science and technology.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing core operational functions, while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices. Serve as a pivotal contributor to strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration across departments to drive efficiency and alignment with long-term objectives. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and quality. • Develop, organize, and instruct dynamic physics lessons in strict adherence to the Cambridge International Curriculum standards.
• Equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in Cambridge examinations by implementing hands-on practical experiments, employing proven teaching methodologies, and conducting focused revision workshops.
Design engaging lesson plans that foster critical thinking, encourage scientific inquiry, and develop robust problem-solving abilities among students.
Conduct and oversee laboratory experiments while strictly maintaining compliance with health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Foster an inclusive, secure, and engaging learning environment.
Evaluate and track students’ academic performance while offering actionable, supportive feedback to foster improvement and growth.
Engage collaboratively with professionals across science, technology, engineering, and mathematics departments to promote cross-disciplinary educational initiatives.
Spearhead or assist in Physics-focused extracurricular initiatives, including science clubs, competitive events, hands-on projects, and public exhibitions.

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Science Education (Physics), or a closely related discipline is required.
With a proven track record in delivering the Cambridge International Curriculum, candidates should possess hands-on experience in teaching this framework.
Demonstrates an extensive understanding of fundamental physics principles and proficiency in applying laboratory methods.
