Job Summary

The Field Recruiter is tasked with identifying, assessing, and engaging qualified candidates for diverse job opportunities by leveraging field-based strategies, community involvement, and proactive outreach efforts. This position requires actively seeking out potential talent, conducting preliminary interviews, and facilitating the recruitment process to ensure hiring objectives are achieved.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, alongside the management of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Foster a collaborative work environment by facilitating open communication channels and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement, drive data-driven decision-making, and spearhead innovative solutions to address evolving business challenges. Additionally, serve as a liaison between senior leadership and departmental heads to align priorities, streamline processes, and ensure seamless execution of high-impact projects.

Experienced recruiters will proactively identify potential candidates by conducting field visits, participating in job fairs, leveraging professional referrals, and engaging in targeted community outreach initiatives.

To promote employment opportunities, the selected candidate will be responsible for publicizing job openings in strategically chosen geographic areas.

• Perform initial evaluations and interviews to assess applicants’ qualifications and fit for the role.

Provide guidance to candidates throughout the application and onboarding stages to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Develop and sustain a comprehensive database comprising prospective candidates, ensuring its accuracy, organization, and accessibility for efficient recruitment processes.

Coordinate interview timelines in collaboration with hiring managers.

To meet recruitment targets promptly and consistently, deliver all hiring goals within the specified timeframes.

Accurately maintain recruitment records and produce comprehensive reports.

Candidates must possess a strong proficiency in [specific software/tools, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, or data analytics platforms]. Must possess a valid motorcycle license and demonstrate proficiency in operating a motorcycle.
