Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Husky injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Perform routine inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to uphold production efficiency and machine reliability.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance as well as troubleshoot and repair machines and associated auxiliary equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Identify and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal equipment performance and safety.
Properly configure machinery to prepare for upcoming production cycles.
Monitor machine operations regularly to assess performance metrics and identify opportunities for enhancement. Implement required adjustments promptly to optimize productivity and ensure consistent quality.
Proactively reduce production interruptions by executing repairs and maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
