Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions in heavy-duty vehicles—such as models from Streak and How—and earthmoving equipment, including Shanty bulldozers and loaders.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, conduct comprehensive engine overhauls, repair transmissions, service brake systems, and service suspension and steering components.
Perform welding and fabrication repairs on chassis, frames, and related attachments as required to maintain structural integrity and functionality.
Leverage diagnostic equipment and service documentation to accurately diagnose problems and execute appropriate remedial measures.
Maintain precise documentation of repair activities, including parts utilized and labor hours expended.
Ensure strict adherence to all manufacturer specifications and established safety standards in every aspect of the work performed.
Oversee the inventory of frequently utilized spare parts and provide recommendations regarding replenishment needs.
