Fountainhead Christian School seeks qualified, professional candidates to fill the role of Female Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical assistance to executive leadership, ensuring efficient operation of daily office functions.

Oversee incoming and outgoing communications, including telephone calls, electronic mail, and general office mail, ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional handling of all inquiries and correspondence.

Maintain accurate and organized filing systems and records to ensure efficient retrieval and compliance with established protocols.

Responsible for organizing and coordinating meetings and appointments, ensuring efficient time management and adherence to schedules.

Provide support for front desk operations and deliver exceptional customer service to clients.

Compile comprehensive reports, draft formal correspondence, and produce various documents as required.

• Assist in organizing and executing school activities and events, ensuring seamless planning and execution.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proven expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall frameworks. Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and financial forecasting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex ideas clearly. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Office Suite capabilities. Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder management. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Familiarity with compliance regulations, including GDPR and SOX, and risk assessment frameworks.
