Responsibilities include identifying mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy-duty vehicles such as Streak and How models, as well as earthmoving equipment like Shanty bulldozers and loaders.
Perform a wide range of preventive maintenance tasks, including comprehensive engine overhauls, transmission repairs, brake system maintenance, suspension adjustments, and steering system work.
• Conduct welding and fabrication repairs on chassis, frames, and attachments as needed.
• Employ diagnostic tools and service manuals to accurately diagnose issues and execute appropriate corrective measures.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours.
• Maintain strict adherence to all manufacturer guidelines and established safety protocols throughout all operational processes.
Oversee the inventory of frequently utilized spare parts and provide recommendations regarding reordering processes to ensure adequate stock levels.
Provide guidance and support to junior mechanics or apprentices as needed, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they receive proper training and development.

• At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Chinese heavy-duty trucks and construction machinery (Shantui, Sitrak, Howo, or similar brands).
Demonstrates comprehensive expertise in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrates expertise in operating diagnostic scanners, multimeters, and standard mechanic tools.
Proficient in interpreting technical diagrams and service manuals written in English.
Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy components and working effectively in various outdoor and workshop environments.
