Pinnacle Done well Life Insurance Company is actively seeking qualified professionals to fill key roles, including Team Leaders, Financial Planners, Corporate Lead Generators (CLGs), and Sales Executives, across its Retail, Micro, and Corporate Insurance divisions. The company is specifically expanding its operations with the establishment of a new Kong branch, situated within the newly developed Egomania District Council office complex, as well as a dedicated Micro Insurance Unit. Additional opportunities are available for Team Leaders and Sales Executives in several strategic branches, including Accra Central, Team, Achiote, Kasia, Kong, Kumasi, Bunyan, Jaborandi, Techiman, and Tamale. Earn a monthly airtime and data allowance with each SIM card activation, in addition to competitive commissions for newly acquired business. Brokers receive a 5% commission on premiums for business they bring in, while direct (non-broker) acquisitions qualify for a 10% commission on premiums.
A monthly allowance of GHC 1,500 is provided, along with a welfare insurance package fully covered by the company.
