Pinnacle Done well Life Insurance Company is actively seeking qualified candidates to fill key roles, including Team Leaders, Financial Planners, Corporate Lead Generators (CLGs), and Sales Executives, across its Retail, Micro, and Corporate Insurance departments. These positions are available for the newly established Kong branch, situated within the Egomania District Council Office Complex, as well as for Team Leaders and Sales Executives within the Micro Insurance Unit across multiple branches, including Accra Central, Team, Achiote, Kasia, Kong, Kumasi, Bunyan, Jaborandi, Technical, and Tamale. Candidates will be evaluated based on specified qualifications, relevant experience, and competitive remuneration packages.
Demonstrated proficiency in relevant technical and interpersonal competencies is essential for this role. Candidates must exhibit strong analytical abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment. The following competitive compensation packages are available to qualified applicants.
A commission structure is offered, comprising a 5% premium for broker-acquired new business and a 10% premium for direct (non-broker) new business, in addition to a SIM card with monthly airtime and data allocation.
The company provides a monthly allowance of GHC 1,500 along with a company-financed welfare insurance cover.
GM may suggest any additional actions as deemed appropriate.
A competitive monthly stipend of GHC 1,500 is provided.
A monthly phone credit of GHS 40 is provided.
