Pinnacle Done well Life Insurance Company is actively seeking qualified candidates to fill the roles with Team Leaders, Corporate Lead Generators (CLGs), and Sales Executives for its Retail, Micro, and Corporate Insurance departments. These positions are open at the newly established Kong branch, located within the Egomania District Council Office Complex, as well as for Retail Units Team Leaders and Sales Executives across multiple branches, including Accra Central, Team, Achiote, Kasia, Kong Unit, Kumasi, Bunyan, Jaborandi, Technical, and Tamale. Applicants must meet the specified qualifications, possess relevant experience, and adhere to the outlined remuneration structure.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary to interpret data and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is preferred. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is critical. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting is a plus.

The successful applicant will be presented with a comprehensive compensation package, encompassing both monetary and non-monetary benefits tailored to support their professional and personal growth.

A competitive monthly airtime and data package is provided, along with a SIM card. A 5% commission is earned on premiums for newly acquired business through brokers, while a 10% commission is applicable for direct (non-broker) new business.

The company provides a monthly stipend of GHC 1,500, along with fully funded welfare insurance coverage.
