Responsibilities include assuming accountability for achieving sales targets across all stores within the assigned region, encompassing both open market and key account (KA) segments.

Analyze inventory and purchase data at the store level, track sales performance, and develop strategies to address any discrepancies while implementing corrective measures.

• Expand the presence and revenue contribution of brand-operated outlets within the designated market.

Implement the sales and promotional strategies established by management, working in conjunction with the Marketing team.

• Cultivate and sustain robust retailer relationships by clearly articulating company policies and incentive programs.

Collaborate closely with the Channel team to establish and enhance strategic retailer supply partnerships, ensuring optimal alignment and performance.

Responsibilities include managing and administering contractual arrangements and policy compliance with store owners.

• Maintain and enhance in-store branding by strategically placing and managing point-of-sale materials while securing top-tier product display positions at high-traffic retail locations.

Oversee the coordination and execution of marketing material logistics, with particular emphasis on go-to-market (GTM) campaigns.

Monitor and oversee store safety stock levels to guarantee product availability at all times.

You will oversee the performance of regional promoters, guaranteeing they utilize strong sales strategies and maintain high competency standards. Additionally, you will partner with the National Training team to enhance their professional development and refine their skill sets.

To maintain optimal performance, verify that promoters remain in excellent operational condition and are consistently motivated.

Proactively collect insights and input from consumers and retailers to inform decision-making processes.

• Track competitor actions and evolving market dynamics to identify strategic opportunities and potential threats.

Required Skills:

Candidates must possess strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Demonstrated success in consistently meeting sales objectives and effectively overseeing channel operations.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions.

Demonstrates flexibility and readiness to undertake regular travel commitments, averaging one week per month, predominantly to the Eastern and Volta regions.

Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities alongside a proactive approach to solving problems.
