Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring to ensure organizational objectives are met consistently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall productivity across departments. Lead cross-functional teams by fostering collaboration, delegating tasks effectively, and providing clear guidance to achieve shared goals. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed. • Situated in the heart of Accra, the position requires working from our office in Circle, a central hub for business and commerce.

Responsible for managing and achieving the sales targets across all stores, including open market and key account (KA) locations, within the assigned region.

Analyze purchase and inventory data at the store level, track sales performance, and report findings to management. Additionally, develop and execute corrective strategies to address any identified gaps or inefficiencies.

• Expand the presence and revenue contribution of brand-owned retail locations within the designated geographic area.

Develop and implement sales and promotional initiatives as directed by management, working in close partnership with the Marketing department.

Develop and sustain robust partnerships with retailers by articulating company policies and promotional offerings with clarity and professionalism.

Collaborate closely with the Channel team to establish and enhance mutually beneficial supply partnerships with retailers.

Responsible for managing contract and policy agreements with store owners.

• Maintain and enhance in-store branding standards by strategically placing and regularly updating point-of-sale materials, while securing and safeguarding premium display spaces in high-traffic retail locations.

Oversee the logistics of marketing materials, with a particular focus on go-to-market (GTM) campaign execution.

Monitor and oversee the safety stock levels within the store to guarantee that products remain consistently available.

You will oversee promoter competency across the region, guaranteeing the application of proven sales strategies. Additionally, you will partner with the National Training team to enhance their skill development initiatives.

Ensure all promoters are well-maintained and operating efficiently while fostering a motivated and productive work environment.

Proactively solicit and compile feedback from both consumers and retailers to identify insights and areas for improvement.

• Track and analyze competitor actions as well as evolving market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Required Skills include proficiency in project management software, exceptional communication abilities, and strong analytical skills. Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, along with a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies is essential, as is the ability to interpret complex data sets to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, experience in budget management and financial planning is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline, and may be required to hold relevant certifications.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in software development. Familiarity with full-stack development, including front-end frameworks like React or Angular and back-end technologies such as Node.js or Django, is essential. Proficiency in database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL, is also necessary. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions are critical. Additionally, experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and DevOps practices is preferred.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent discipline is required.

With a preference for those in the consumer electronics sector, candidates should possess a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in retail or terminal management roles.

Demonstrated excellence in meeting sales objectives and effectively overseeing various sales channels.

• Excellent abilities in communication, negotiation, and fostering interpersonal relationships.

Demonstrates a readiness to undertake regular travel commitments, typically requiring approximately one week per month to the Eastern and Volta regions.
