JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensures the fulfillment of all stipulated Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators as outlined in the designated service schedules for the area.
Ensures thorough oversight of work performed by Power Vendors, spearheading audits and fostering ongoing enhancements to maintain operational excellence.
Assists in executing the necessary project activities mandated by partners while adhering to the allocated budget within the designated scope.
• Plays a key role in leading and advancing continuous improvement programs and related activities, ensuring the achievement of associated cost benefits within the designated area.
Assists in overseeing the retained Operations delivery team within the designated region, ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols across all operations.
Assists in managing the power requirements and demands of the retained exchanges within the designated zone.
Actively fosters adherence to the Organization’s established codes of practice as well as any formal undertakings.
Required Skills: Proficiency in written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail are essential. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently. Holding a Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is essential for this position.
Experienced professionals with 4 to 6 years in the telecommunications power industry are sought after for this role.
Experts in telecommunication services are required to possess comprehensive expertise in operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and processes, along with a profound comprehension of their direct impact on customer experiences.
