JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensures the fulfillment of all stipulated Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators within the designated service schedules for the assigned zone.
As the primary overseer, you will be accountable for conducting audits of all work performed by Power Vendors to ensure adherence to standards and foster ongoing enhancements.
Assists in executing the project activities mandated by partners while adhering to the predetermined budget constraints within the designated area.
Assists in leading and advancing continuous improvement projects and related activities, ensuring accountability for achieving the associated cost benefits within the designated area.
Assumes responsibility for overseeing the retained Operations delivery team within the designated region, guaranteeing adherence to Health & Safety protocols across all aspects of operations.
Assumes responsibility for overseeing and regulating the power requirements and operational demands of retained exchanges operating within the designated zone.
Ensures strict adherence to the Organization’s established codes of practice and all relevant undertakings.
