Pinnacle Done well Life Insurance Company is actively seeking qualified candidates to fill key roles, including Team Leaders, Financial Planners, Corporate Lead Generators (CLGs), and Sales Executives, across its Retail, Micro, and Corporate Insurance divisions. These positions are available at the newly established Kong branch, situated within the Egomania District Council Office Complex, as well as the Micro Insurance Unit across multiple branches nationwide, specifically in Accra Central, Team, Achiote, Kasia, Kong, Kumasi, Bunyan, Jaborandi, Technical, and Tamale. Applicants must meet the specified qualifications, possess relevant experience, and adhere to the outlined remuneration guidelines for these roles.

Required competencies include proficiency in data analysis, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience with SQL for database management. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets accurately. Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is advantageous. A Financial Planners Team Leader must hold at least an SSS CE certificate or SHS, O’ or A’ Levels qualifications, a Diploma, HND, or a First Degree in any discipline, with a preference for degrees in the social sciences.
