Pinnacle Done well Life Insurance Company is actively seeking qualified professionals to fill Team Leader, Corporate Lead Generator (CLG), and Sales Executive positions within its Retail, Micro, and Corporate Insurance departments for the newly established Kong branch, located at the Egomania District Council Office Complex. Additionally, the company is recruiting Team Leaders and Sales Executives for its Micro Insurance Unit across multiple branches, including Accra Central, Team, Achiote, Kasia, Kong, Kumasi, Bunyan, Jaborandi, Techiman, and Tamale. Applicants must meet specific qualification, experience, and remuneration criteria to be considered for these roles.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Candidates must possess a strong command of written and verbal communication to effectively convey ideas and information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, is essential for data analysis and document preparation. Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello, is preferred. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are critical for evaluating challenges and devising practical solutions. The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual tasks autonomously is also required. Familiarity with industry-specific software or platforms may be necessary, depending on the role.

A monthly airtime and data package is included with the SIM card. New business acquired by a broker generates a 5% commission on the premium, while direct (non-broker) new business results in a 10% commission on the premium.
