Job Summary
We’re in search of a driven and independent Business Development Executive to spearhead the discovery of new business prospects, cultivate and sustain client connections, and accelerate revenue expansion. The preferred applicant will possess prior experience within the HR Services sector and demonstrate strategic insight coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing core operational functions, including strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-departmental coordination. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management to drive informed decision-making. Foster a collaborative work environment by mentoring staff, resolving conflicts, and promoting professional development initiatives. Serve as the primary liaison between departments, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and project execution. Craft and present persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to prospective clients, while skillfully negotiating terms to finalize mutually beneficial, high-value agreements.
• Fostering Client Relationships: Cultivate and uphold meaningful connections with both current and potential clients to drive client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze emerging trends, assess customer demands, and evaluate the competitive environment, thereby providing critical insights to shape and refine business development strategies.
We forge mutually beneficial partnerships by proactively identifying and establishing collaborations with diverse stakeholders, including clients’ initiatives, professional associations, academic institutions, government ministries, foreign embassies, and non-governmental organizations.
Maintain precise documentation of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast projections, ensuring timely and consistent reporting to senior leadership.
