Job Summary
This role involves promoting and selling the company’s products to customers, expanding the customer base, and serving as the primary representative of the brand.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring deliverables meet established standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives, identify potential challenges, and implement effective solutions. Monitor progress through regular assessments, maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties to foster transparency and accountability. Additionally, analyze performance metrics to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement across assigned initiatives.
• Situated within a light industrial zone in Spite, the position requires on-site presence.
The position entails retaining current clients while simultaneously cultivating new business opportunities to meet established targets.
• Meeting or exceeding sales weekly and Monthly targets.
• Responsible for finalizing all contractual agreements with potential clients or customers.
Delivering compelling sales presentations to prospective customers as needed.
Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding distributors and wholesalers in alignment with the company’s established customer onboarding guidelines.
Maintain real-time accuracy and currency of all sales-related data within the ERP system.
Proactively familiarize oneself with the company’s product offerings and effectively advocate for their value proposition to customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications
• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Supply Chain Management.
Seasoned professionals with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Sales and Marketing are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in utilizing accounting software systems to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite.
