We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill a full-time, permanent position within our organization.
• Positions are available in Spite, Team Comm25, Hats, Baja, East Leon, and Lashing.
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and assisting customers in locating products, this position involves maintaining store presentation standards and operating the point-of-sale system efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include processing transactions accurately, handling cash and card payments, and ensuring stock levels are replenished as needed. Candidates must have prior retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a dedication to delivering a positive shopping experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced expertise in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines. Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is preferred. Familiarity with basic graphic design principles and tools like Canva is a plus. Must possess a results-driven mindset and the agility to adapt to evolving business needs.
As a graduate of Senior High School (SHS), you possess a foundational education that equips you with essential academic and practical skills, preparing you for entry-level professional roles, further studies, or vocational training. This qualification demonstrates your commitment to learning and adaptability, making you a competitive candidate for positions that value foundational knowledge and a strong work ethic. Employers often view SHS graduates favorably due to their exposure to core subjects, technical skills (if applicable), and personal development gained through senior high school education.
Capable of adapting to varying work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary, to meet operational demands and fulfill role requirements.
