Job Summary

The Trade Developer will oversee field-level sales initiatives and ensure optimal market coverage, enhancing brand visibility while driving agent productivity to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within their designated territory.

Oversee and execute essential duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. • Responsible for discovering and integrating new individual wallet customers into the system.

Ensure customers successfully activate their wallets and complete their initial transactions.

Facilitate onboarding initiatives across various venues, including markets, educational institutions, transit centers, and local community gatherings.

• Engage and integrate independent merchants and small and medium-sized enterprises into the platform.

Ensure merchants are fully informed about the product’s features and advantages, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of its value proposition.

Provide assistance to agents in driving customer acquisition initiatives and executing promotional campaigns.

Develop and implement field marketing initiatives and promotional strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Maintain meticulous documentation of every onboarding process to ensure complete and precise records.

Required qualifications include proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
