• The role is based within a private residence in Accra, Ghana. The position operates within a two-chef team on a structured shift system, which includes Sundays. Shifts and rest days will be fairly scheduled and communicated in advance. Flexibility is expected during special occasions, events, or when the household is hosting guests.
A monthly compensation ranging from GHS 4,000 to GHS 6,500 will be provided, with remuneration adjusted based on the candidate’s qualifications and professional background.
A thirteenth-month salary, disbursed after the successful completion of one full year of exemplary employment, is provided.
You will receive 15 working days of paid annual leave annually, equivalent to three weeks.
