Job Summary

The Field Recruiter plays a key role in identifying, evaluating, and engaging top talent for open positions by actively participating in on-site activities, fostering community connections, and conducting targeted outreach efforts. This position requires a proactive approach to candidate sourcing, including the initial screening and interview stages, while collaborating closely with the broader recruitment team to ensure hiring goals are consistently met.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted training programs to enhance team productivity and skill development. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline communication, resolve operational challenges, and drive initiatives that support organizational goals. Maintain meticulous records of progress, attendance, and performance metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making and compliance reporting. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.

Recruit candidates by conducting field visits, participating in job fairs, leveraging referral networks, and engaging in targeted community outreach initiatives.

Utilize targeted recruitment strategies to promote job openings in specific geographic areas.

Perform preliminary evaluations and interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for the position.

Provide guidance to candidates throughout the application and onboarding procedures.

Construct and oversee a comprehensive database containing prospective candidates.

Facilitate the scheduling of interviews in collaboration with hiring managers to align on timelines and availability.

• Meet recruitment targets by adhering to established timelines.

Ensure meticulous documentation and reporting of recruitment activities to uphold data integrity and compliance standards.

Candidates must possess the following competencies: proficiency in relevant software applications, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience in project management, data analysis, or related fields is highly desirable. A solid understanding of industry standards and best practices is essential, along with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 5+ years of professional experience in job analysis and job design. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential, while familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms is a plus. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail are required. The ability to assess job roles, align them with organizational objectives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations is critical. Additionally, the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is necessary.

A high school diploma is required, with preference given to candidates holding a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or field operations prefered.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.

• Ability to work independently and travel frequently.

Applicants must possess a valid motorcycle license and demonstrate the ability to operate a motorcycle safely and effectively.

Demonstrated proficiency in efficiently organizing tasks and managing time effectively.
