• Assists the Regional Team Manager in fulfilling service level agreements established between the Organization and its customers regarding the delivery and maintenance of fixed access services.
• Plays a key role in executing intricate installations, emphasizing the integration of cutting-edge digital and IP technologies as necessary.
Actively gathers and evaluates feedback from fixed access network customers, implementing appropriate measures or escalating issues to the Regional Team Manager for timely resolution.
• Supports in the testing and configuration of line – drivers, modems, routers and other customer – end – equipment to be used.
Ensures adherence to the Organization’s safety protocols in all operational activities.
Assists in overseeing and coordinating all logistics operations.
