Delivers essential support to the Regional Team Manager in fulfilling the Organization’s service level agreements pertaining to the provision and maintenance of fixed access services for customers.

• Facilitates the successful execution of intricate installations by leveraging cutting-edge digital and IP technologies as needed.

Actively gathers and evaluates input from fixed access network customers, implementing necessary actions and escalating unresolved issues to the Regional Team Manager for swift resolution.

Supports the testing and configuration of customer-end equipment, including line drivers, modems, routers, and other devices, to ensure proper functionality before deployment.

Ensures that all tasks are performed in strict adherence to the Organization’s safety protocols and regulations.

• Assists in overseeing and coordinating all logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely management.

Assists in organizing schedules to effectively manage customer incidents and expectations.

Skills required include proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling, with a strong grasp of Excel, including advanced functions like LOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros. The position demands at least three years of experience in financial planning and analysis, along with a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Candidates should possess exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, enabling them to clearly convey complex financial data to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail are essential, as is the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools is a plus, as is prior experience in a similar role within the industry.

A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electronics, Electrical Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification is required.

A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience is required, or alternatively, at least five years of experience as a Fixed Services Customer Service Engineer.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required, along with the proven ability to operate a vehicle safely and reliably.
