Job Summary

The Trade Developer will spearhead field-level sales initiatives and ensure robust market coverage, enhance brand visibility, and optimize agent productivity to consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in their designated territory.

Oversee and execute core duties that include managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, and fostering a productive work environment. • Source and onboard new individual wallet customers.

Ensure customers complete their initial transactions and successfully activate their wallets as a key priority.

Facilitate onboarding initiatives across diverse locations, including markets, educational institutions, transit centers, and local community gatherings.

• Responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with individual merchants and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to bring them into the platform.

To facilitate merchants’ comprehension of the product’s features and advantages, we provide clear and detailed explanations, ensuring they can fully leverage the benefits offered.

Facilitate agent success by coordinating customer acquisition initiatives and executing promotional campaigns to drive engagement and growth.

Develop and implement field marketing initiatives, including promotional events and campaigns, to enhance brand visibility and engagement in targeted markets.

Maintain meticulous documentation of every onboarding process conducted.

Proficient in written and verbal communication skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational capabilities are essential. Demonstrated experience with data analysis, project management, and proficiency in industry-specific software is required. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams are also necessary.
