JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support recruitment efforts by drafting and distributing job postings, organizing interview schedules, and facilitating clear communication with candidates throughout the process.

Responsibilities include managing and updating employee records, files, and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.

Provide assistance with the integration and orientation of newly hired staff members to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

Draft, finalize, and distribute HR correspondence, including written warnings, appointment documents, termination notices, and official memos.

Monitor attendance records, leave documentation, and timesheet management by providing administrative support as required.

• Assist in conducting HR audits and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Maintain and update accurate documentation to support HR operations and regulatory requirements.

Address employee inquiries promptly and deliver constructive feedback in a timely manner.

Support the coordination and implementation of training initiatives alongside performance appraisal processes.

Compile and present comprehensive HR reports for executive leadership and managerial review, ensuring accurate data analysis and strategic insights to support informed decision-making processes.

Handle all additional HR and administrative responsibilities as directed.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proven expertise in project management methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and exceptional proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL. In-depth understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques, along with the ability to interpret complex financial statements. Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions is highly desirable.

A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline is required.

• Minimum of one to three years of relevant experience in human resources or administrative positions is required.

Proficiency in human resources protocols and employment legislation constitutes a beneficial qualification.

Proficient in using the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential for this role.

• Exceptional ability to build rapport and convey ideas effectively through both verbal and written channels.

• Demonstrates exceptional discretion, adherence to ethical standards, and unwavering professionalism.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Demonstrates a strong capacity for independent work while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
