Serve as the primary liaison for designated client accounts, cultivating and sustaining robust connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders across the organization.

Provide guidance to clients on human resources policies, ensure adherence to employment legislation, and recommend optimal strategies to reduce legal exposure while improving employee output.

Ensure all HR documents, including employment contracts, renewals, letters, and memos, are issued promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities include ensuring employee records—such as contracts, personnel files, and HR-related documentation—are meticulously maintained, current, and in full compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

We are responsible for managing all outsourced staff engagement initiatives, including the new hire orientation program and the exit process.

Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, leave benefits, and additional HR-related topics promptly and accurately.

• Gather and authenticate employee information to facilitate accurate payroll processing.

Address employee inquiries concerning attendance discrepancies, salary-related concerns, and other employee benefit payment issues promptly and professionally.

• Ensure the complete accuracy of Ghana Card and SSN IT information for all staff.

Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including recruitment, accounts, IT, and training to provide comprehensive HR solutions aligned with client requirements.

Responsibilities include submitting scanned employment documents for client employees punctually on a monthly basis.

To maintain expertise and foster advancement, continually monitor industry developments and new HR technologies, ensuring the integration of innovative practices and optimal solutions.

Submit accurate weekly reports and comprehensive monthly reports on schedule to provide management with the necessary accountability.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proven proficiency in Python, along with strong experience in data analysis and manipulation. Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning frameworks is essential. Excellent communication skills are necessary to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines is required. A solid understanding of SQL and database management is highly desirable.
