Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to act as the main HR contact for individual client accounts, delivering customized HR strategies and services that support clients’ business objectives. Serve as the primary liaison for designated client accounts, cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with key client executives and stakeholders.

Provide clients with expert guidance on HR policies, ensure adherence to employment laws, and recommend optimal practices to minimize risk and boost workforce efficiency.

Ensure the prompt and accurate preparation and distribution of essential HR documentation, including employment contracts, contract renewals, official correspondence, and internal memos.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, employee files, and HR-related documents.

We are responsible for managing all aspects of outsourced staff engagement, including overseeing the new hire orientation and exit processes.

Address staff questions regarding HR policies, leave entitlements, and other HR-related concerns with professionalism and clarity.

Gather and validate employee information necessary for accurate payroll calculations.

Respond to inquiries from employees regarding complaints about attendance, salary, and other employee benefit payments.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Ghana Card and SSN IT information for all staff members, maintaining 100% data integrity.

Collaborate with various internal departments, including recruitment, accounts, IT, and training, to develop and implement comprehensive HR solutions that align with client requirements.

Consistently submit scanned employment documents for client employees on a monthly basis without delay.

To ensure ongoing professional development and organizational advancement, proactively monitor industry trends and advancements in HR technologies, applying innovative solutions and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Submit weekly and comprehensive monthly reports in a prompt and detailed manner to management to uphold accountability standards.
