JOB DESCRIPTION:

Plan, organize, and instruct dynamic physics lessons that adhere strictly to the Cambridge International Curriculum standards.
Prepare students to achieve excellence in Cambridge examinations by utilizing hands-on experiments, employing dynamic instructional techniques, and conducting focused revision sessions.
Craft lesson plans that foster the development of critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and problem-solving abilities among students.
Conduct and oversee laboratory experiments, ensuring strict compliance with all health and safety protocols and regulations.

Spearhead or collaborate on extracurricular initiatives within the realm of Physics, encompassing science clubs, competitive events, hands-on projects, and showcases.
Required competencies include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting tasks. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders. Problem-solving expertise is necessary to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions. Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is preferred for tracking customer interactions and optimizing engagement strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is essential. At least three years of experience in software development, preferably in a full-stack role, is mandatory. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are necessary. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment is crucial.
A bachelor’s degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Science Education with a focus on Physics, or a comparable field is required.
Possesses extensive experience in instructing students according to the Cambridge International Curriculum standards, ensuring alignment with its rigorous academic framework and assessment criteria.
Demonstrates a robust understanding of fundamental physics principles and hands-on proficiency in laboratory methodologies.
