JOB DESCRIPTION:
To provide high-quality Physics education to secondary school students, following the Cambridge International Curriculum. Also, to inspire curiosity, scientific inquiry, and a deeper understanding of the physical world while preparing students for Cambridge assessments and future academic or career pursuits in science and technology.
Oversee critical operational functions to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to established timelines. Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing inefficiencies across departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain rigorous compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity. Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Lead training programs and professional development opportunities to cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce. REQUIRED SKILLS:
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Science Education (Physics), or a closely related discipline is required.
Experienced professionals who have delivered instruction within the framework of the Cambridge International Curriculum are encouraged to apply.
