A well-established hospitality enterprise is seeking qualified individuals to fill the following positions.

We are in search of an experienced and innovative Chef who will be responsible for crafting premium-quality meals, upholding rigorous kitchen hygiene protocols, and delivering exceptional food presentation and flavor.

Oversee and execute a range of critical tasks, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and drive project success. • Prepare and cook meals according to company standards

Plan and develop menus while contributing to the scheduling of food preparation activities.

Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times to uphold a safe and sanitary food preparation environment.

Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and promptly notify management of any deficiencies to ensure consistent availability.

Store all food items and ingredients in accordance with proper handling procedures to ensure freshness and safety.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field required; CPA or CMA certification preferred. Minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, or audit is essential. Proficiency in advanced Excel and ERP systems is mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to convey insights to stakeholders. Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards is preferred.

Qualified candidates must hold a Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Cookery, complemented by relevant professional experience—three years for Diploma holders and five years for HND holders—demonstrated within a hotel setting.

Minimum of three years of professional Chef experience or five years as a Chef de Partie is required.

A demonstrated history of success in culinary roles, specifically as a Chef or Cook, is essential for this position.

Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations, with a comprehensive understanding of culinary processes and workflows. Demonstrates expertise in maintaining kitchen standards and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Adaptability to dynamic work settings and the capacity to thrive amidst rapid operational demands are essential.
